As anticipation of the implementation of President Obama's Executive Action builds, USCIS has issued two new fliers in a continuing effort to educate the public about the specifics of the program.

These updates are available at http://www.uscis.gov/immigrationaction .  The fliers cover two basic topics:
  • First, they emphasize the continued importance of avoiding scams and NOT submitting any applications until the new initiatives are officially implemented
  • In addition, the fliers explain the eligibility requirements for the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and the new Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA)
The fliers are available in English, Spanish, Korean and Vietnamese, and the government promises that a Chinese version will be available soon.

Interested parties can subscribe via USCIS to receive official government updates by clicking here.

As always, we remain available to answer questions as they arise.
