As anticipation of the implementation of President Obama's Executive Action builds, USCIS has issued two new fliers in a continuing effort to educate the public about the specifics of the program.

- First, they emphasize the continued importance of avoiding scams and NOT submitting any applications until the new initiatives are officially implemented
- In addition, the fliers explain the eligibility requirements for the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and the new Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA)
