NOTE: JIM PASSED AWAY UNEXPECTEDLY ON JANUARY 12, 2016.  HIS BIOGRAPHY REMAINS ONLINE BECAUSE WE WILL NEVER FORGET HIS COMMITMENT TO HIS CLIENTS, AND TO THE CAUSE OF JUSTICE.

James J. "Jim" Flynn is a "people lawyer".  In his fourth decade of practicing law, Jim has worked in private practice, for state government, and, for non-profits.  Jim is one of the region's most experienced and successful attorneys when it comes to representing non-citizen victims of abuse and domestic violence.  Through his work with New Hampshire Catholic Charities' Victims of Violence Project, Jim has navigated the Violence Against Women act (VAWA) to obtain justice and peace of mind for numerous self-petitioners.  Jim also served as a Staff Attorney for the New Hampshire Office of Child Support Services, enforcing child support orders throughout the state.

In addition to immigration, Jim is well-versed in civil and criminal litigation, and has taken part in countless mediations.

Jim is known for his calm, compassionate disposition, and supremely client-focused approach to legal problem-solving.
